RAJ GEMS Diamonds & Jewellery does not accept returns or offer refunds for any reason. However, we do permit a one-time exchange within 15 days of the purchase date. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange it for an item of equal or greater value. Jewelry items can only be exchanged for other jewelry, whereas watches may be exchanged for either watches or jewelry. Jewelry cannot be exchanged for a watch.
