Are most items in stock and ready to ship?
All of our items are made to order, and it typically takes 1-2 weeks for our team to craft your piece before it’s ready to ship. Please keep in mind that turnaround times may be longer during holiday seasons. We recommend reviewing our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.
Return & Exchange
Can you resize a ring I bought at Raj Gems?
Yes, we offer resizing services, but please note that additional charges may apply. We can usually resize rings by up to two sizes, either larger or smaller than the original. To proceed, please call us at +91 7265863430, and we’ll arrange for your piece to be picked up.
What is your repair policy?
All repair work is covered by a warranty against defects in materials for six months from the date of the order. This warranty is limited and does not cover damage or repairs to any parts of the merchandise not directly worked on by Raj Gems, nor does it cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear. The warranty excludes repairs on invisible settings, diamonds over 0.10ct each, and any work done on center diamond settings, prongs, or heads.
If I don't like something ordered from Raj Gems, can I get a refund?

I’ve never had custom jewellery made before. What is the process, and how do I start?

Once you place your deposit for a custom order, we begin by creating a design sketch based on your inspiration. If you’re unsure of the design, feel free to leave it to our design team at Raj Gems. Once the design is finalized, we move on to creating a wax mold, followed by the gold casting process. After casting, our skilled team applies hand detailing, smoothing, and diamond setting to ensure the piece meets our high-quality standards. The final step is applying any finishing touch-ups, getting your approval, and then shipping the completed piece directly to you.
What are the sizes available for custom-made jewellery?
No matter the specifications, we can bring your vision to life. For example, we can create a custom pendant in sizes like 1" x 1.5" with VS diamonds, or a 100+ gram solid 14k gold pendant at 3" x 3". All we need are realistic measurements, and you can leave the rest to us.
Why was my order canceled?
Orders flagged as fraudulent by our payment processors will be automatically canceled. Please note that Raj Gems will never cancel a legitimate order without contacting you. If your order was canceled, it's likely that we tried reaching out and didn’t receive a response. Duplicate orders are the most common reason for cancellations. Can I track my order?
Once your item is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. We use priority 2-day shipping, and an adult (18 years or older) will be required to sign for the package upon delivery.
Will my order be insured once it has shipped?
Yes, all Raj Gems shipments are insured for their full value and are shipped in a discreet plain box for security purposes. An adult signature, 18 years or older, will also be required to receive the package.

Why does my tracking number not show any updates?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a tracking number via email. If you have received a tracking number, your package is in transit. If the tracking number isn’t working, please don’t hesitate to give us a call at +91 7265863430, and we’ll be happy to confirm your order for you.
Will a signature be required for delivery?
Yes, an adult signature, 18 years or older, is required for the delivery of all Raj Gems orders.
Can you ship my item to an address different from my billing address?
We are able to ship to an address different from your billing address for most payment methods. Just make sure to provide the correct delivery address when placing your order.
When can I expect to receive my order?
After we finish your piece, we will ship out your order via FedEx Express & Global Sequel. You should receive it within 2-3 working weeks after that, depending on your location.
My tracking number does not work?
Please allow up to 12 hours for the tracking number to be updated within the system.
